I just released the second video in my training video series for transforming teams.
In the first video, I shared the power of the Service Effect, which helps to eliminate what I call the "Teammate Me" culture. It is an amazing concept that will dramatically improve selflessness, trust, collaboration and positivity (yes, that's a word) on your team.
In video #2, I am going to talk about overcoming negativity on teams. I will share with you an activity that will create lots of positive energy and leave members of your team feeling cared about by every member of your team.
