I told you I would give you updates on the progress with the book. Since most of you were pioneers in my journey by reading the book and reviewing it on Amazon, YOU ARE A PART OF MY SUCCESS!

I wanted to say THANK YOU again. Without your help, support and encouragement I would haven't been able to do this.

The book continues to sell very well. I have already sold 163 books so far today alone! Some I sell through Amazon and others I sell through my web site. I love it when entire teams and organizations buy the book—that was my vision and leaders are finding it of value.

Currently I am in the process of building a product for leaders based on the book. The product will include the book and workbook, but will also include a leader discussion guide, PowerPoint slides, implementation guide, post implementation guide (to keep the concepts alive), access to a closed Facebook group for coaching, cultureware (posters, cards, drinkware etc.) to reinforce the concepts around the office, as well as several bonuses including tickets to my next live event on Building Effective Teams. The idea is that a leader would provide this to their team and over a six month period change their team culture. I will only offer this over a 10 day period around the end of October. I am really excited about this launch.
