I had to share this great video. I have personally endured a number of trials and set backs in the last three years, but one lesson I have learned is that a positive attitude is everything. How many of us can maintain a positive attitude through difficult challenges and the irritations of life? It’s not easy, but we can do it.
Leaders of course have an important responsibility to maintain a positive outlook through difficult times. Sometimes it just requires a smile and a little humor.
