About a year ago I saw a Gallup Poll that showed only 4 out of 10 employees felt cared about by their supervisor or any one else at work.
That number blew me away and should be a startling wake-up call for leaders all over the world. It literally put me on a personal mission to put caring in the front seat of every leader's leadership - where it belongs.
Do your employees know you care? I mean... really know you care? I believe most leaders do care, but there is a perception issue with those they lead.
