There isn't one of us that won't belong to a team at some point in our life. How we communicate and collaborate is the key to effective teamwork. But often times, unfortunately, egos and personal aspirations can interfere.
Today's teamwork and leadership post is based on an old fable with a a few new teamwork twists. We can choose to go it alone and compete with others members of the team, or we can make the decision to work together.
I love what Brian Tracy once said, "Teamwork is so important that it is virtually impossible for you to reach the heights of your capabilities or make the money that you want without becoming very good at it."
