Today's posts may be one of my favorites of all time. I love talking about caring and leading. We ought not to lead if we don't care. But I also like to use the word "love" when talking about leadership.
While I realize the word love in leadership isn't popular with everyone, I use it anyway. And today's post is why. It's pretty simple, but powerful. And leaders who don't love won't improve performance for one simple reason. Read the story here.
