How appreciated does your boss feel? Most people think a generic card with a gift might do the trick on their bosses' birthday. And others believe if they just do their job that will make them happy. I wouldn't argue that these two things make bosses' happy, but there is more; specifically five more things you can do immediately to make your boss really happy.
