I can’t believe the time has come!
I have something big to share with you next week, and I am bursting with excitement. I am finally ready, after a lot of thought and work, to launch something really big!
For the last year I have been traveling the country delivering my signature You Are the Team workshop (based off of my bestselling book You Are the Team—6 Simple Ways Teammates Can Go from Good to Great) to teams and organizations. It has been a lot of fun and really successful for many different reasons which I will explain next week.
I call it a workshop, but it is so much more. It’s really a process that starts with a workshop, but goes way beyond that. It’s a process that is changing cultures on teams’ long term. And no one has done anything like it, or is doing anything like it.
