Hi There,
There is a Chinese Proverb that states: “If you want happiness for an hour—take a nap. If you want happiness for a day—go fishing. If you want happiness for a month—get married. If you want happiness for a year—inherit a fortune. If you want happiness for a lifetime—help others.” Happiness on teams is found in the selfless thoughts and acts of each teammate.
The real magic on teams begins when team members start putting each others' needs ahead of their own and start thinking like and acting as servants. Servant teamwork makes teams better and a leader's job easier.
I hope you have enjoyed the videos. Thank you to all of you who have left positive comments and asked questions on the video page, through email and on social media sites like LinkedIn.
