| | | | #1 Issue With Teams—Fear Of Conflict On Teams Is Selfish & Hurtful I did a workshop recently with a small firm of 36 employees. We talked about the need for teammates to be more selfless, trustworthy, humble, positive, respectful and great.

When members of a team focus on each other’s needs, great things happen to how they work with each other. Teammates truly become servants to one another and the level of caring and trust on the team are largely magnified.

| | Warning: Members of Teams – Don’t Do This! Do This Instead! Teamwork is hard to achieve. It requires members of the team, including the leader, to be as positive as they can be about relationships, goals and outcomes. And when team members and leaders have to look at things critically they must do so with the spirit of trying to fix the problem, not just whine about it.
