Noticed that you subscribed to our early invite list. You may not have seen the update that went out recently to our subscribers, so I wanted to copy you on that email so you know what we're up to.

You're receiving this email because you've subscribed to be notified of updates to our platform Teamio, during the development stage and as we move closer towards launch.
Some of you have DM'd me on FaceBook and through email to find out when the launch date is. Some of you I've spoken with over the phone. I want to sincerely thank you for your patience.
You haven't seen any significant updates to the platform since the last time you may have checked out the website - which has only conceptual drawings of the potential of the platform.
With this email, I'd like to share with you guys our progress with the platform including some screenshots of the finalized User Interface.
I've also included some animations (GIFs) to show you some of the screens in action!
To refresh your memory, Teamio is THE platform to help you and your team stay on top of all your work each day - so you know things are getting done in your practice!
When viewing the screens, please keep the following in mind:
- For highest resolution, try to view the screenshots/animations on your desktop for details instead of mobile.
- If any of the the animated GIFs seem like there's no content in it - give it time to load since these animations load progressively as you scroll - and they are large files.
We're currently building out the screens for: Team Insights, Custom Tasks feature, and Automation - so, stay tuned into your inbox for that update!
But I've included one snapshot of the Team Insights feature - but will be able to give you more details in the next update.
We have lots more to share with you than what you will see today. To try to keep the loading times to a bare minimum, I've only shared with you portion of the screens we've developed so far.
We will be opening up the access to closed beta with our minimum CORE features only to get this into your hands as soon as possible!
Once it's in your hands and with your continuous feedback, we will be the developing the platform in phases.
The initial launch will be Phase I - which is the CORE of the platform.
As part of Phase II, here's what's planned: - Paperless Forms (with tight integration into tasks for teams)
- Web Payments for patients
- Running Automated Campaigns against Patient Call List(s)
- Automated Campaigns include sending physical letters (via drag & drop templates), Email templates, etc.
