How can you use this in your practice to drive decisions that create results?

• For a time period, see how much you've treatment planned. Of the tx planned, what is accepted (scheduled vs completed)

• If you have a treatment coordinator presenting a treatment plan, you'll be able to track what was presented and what was accepted: helpful if you've got multiple people in the office presenting treatment plans.

• Filter data by team members who presented a treatment plan.

• Filter the data by Procedure type 

  • (i.e how many fillings were treatment planned in the last 6 months, what was scheduled and what was completed and net $ amounts)

• Filter data by procedure code 

  • (i.e how many crowns were tx planned in the 2 months and what was accepted & net $ amounts)

• Breakdown by individual provider level

  • (i.e how many implants were treatment planned by Dr. X in last 6 months and what was actually accepted)

• Of everything treatment planned, get procedure type breakdown (preventive, ortho, endo, oral surgery, etc.) to net $ amounts.

• Compare data for the current year to previous years according to the time frame provided in the filter.

• Filter out treatment planned data by treatment priorities defined in Open Dental to get more accurate data.

  • (i.e Leave out treatment planned data that have "waiting" "alternative" tx planned options, etc.)
