| President Trump’s Admin End: “Votes,” Violence, & “Vaccines” January 8, 2021
The DOJ, FBI, State Department and more have reported to
President Trump for four years. Ditto the National Guard, including in Washington,
D.C.
Capitol police officer Brian D. Sicknick died of injuries sustained
in the line of duty when he responded to the January 6 rioting in D.C. We need
to find and prosecute those responsible. The rioters apparently included infiltrators
(one had to expect that). But President Trump invited his supporters to D.C.
for January 6, and one of his supporters, a woman, was shot in the mob swarming
the Capital building. In all, five people are dead, three of related causes.
I can imagine that Congressman in the Capitol Building were
terrified when protesters mobbed the building.
Why was a mob allowed into the building in this manner?
Have you seen our defense budget?
Riots in D.C. all Year
President Trump had ample warning. Yet antifa and BLM—both
domestic terror organizations—rioted, looted & burned our cities for months,
In Washington, D.C., St. John’s church across from the White House was burned
and vandalized.
Congressmen who attended the August 2020 Republican National
Convention were harassed upon their exit. Congressman Rand Paul feared that he
and his wife would be killed. Why weren’t the Congressman at the RNC protected on
their way home?
On June 14, 2017, Congressman Steve Scalise was among five
wounded at a ballfield in Alexandria, VA, near D.C., when James
T. Hodgkinson opened fire with a rifle. A lobbyist was critically wounded
and Scalise was seriously wounded—both barely survived.
A No Confidence Election Process
Recall that we listened to hours of evidence-free testimony
from Christine Blasey Ford and others during Justice Kavanaugh’s September 2018
confirmation hearings.
Vice President Pence claimed we would hear the voting evidence
on January 6, 2021, but we did not. If there was enough fraud to swing the election, "certification'
is meaningless. Instead, an upset Congress finished counting votes at 3:00 am on
January 7, 2021, under cover of darkness.
Americans do not have confidence in
the “certification” of the 2020 presidential election. We have evidence that
our elections are easily rigged, and our “leaders” will not address the
processes many problems.
President Trump had four years to
work on solutions, and he could have started when he controlled the House and Senate.
Likewise, he and Congress could have addressed social media censorship.
Lockdowns, Junk Science and “Vaccines”
Remember “fourteen days to flatten
the curve”? President Trump did not protect us from lockdowns or mask mandates.
Not even after we knew that the elderly with co-morbidities are chiefly at risk
from COVID19.
COVID19 does not pose a graver threat
to others than the ordinary flu, and the threat to children is much less than
that of ordinary flu. Yet children have not been allowed to attend school.
We endured months of business-destroying
lockdowns and riots in our major cities.
The rushed vaccines reportedly have high
rates of severe side-effects, including death.
I have had COVID19 (I believe in
March with very mild symptoms) and have tested positive for the antibodies.
Since vaccines are meant to force you to create antibodies, people who have had
COVID19 should be last in line for vaccines, if they get one at all. Yet, I will
probably be forced to get a shot or forgo travel, because that’s how
totalitarianism works.
This time, the manufacturers are immune
to lawsuits.
What’s Next for 2021?

| | The Republic Known as the USA Ended in December 2020
On December 13, 2020, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure
Security Agency (CISA), issued a press release: “Active
Exploitation of Solar Winds Software.” There have been massive backdoor
hacks of U.S. government agencies. This software is used by Dominion, compromising
our voting system. On December 14, 2020, Michigan’s Antrim County released its
audit report of its vote: "The allowable election
error rate established by the Federal Election Commission guidelines is 1 in
250,000 ballots (.0008%). We observed an error rate of 68.05%. This
demonstrated a significant & fatal error in security & election
integrity." But other breaches and machines in disputed states probably won’t
be investigated. We’ll have Third World elections going forward. On December 15, 2020, Senator Mitch McConnell
(R.), the Senate Majority Leader, claimed Joe Biden is “President Elect.” Any
fight on January 6, 2021 is moot. Mitch McConnell has already publicly
thrown in the towel. My guess is he cut a deal to get his Georgia senators
guaranteeing him a continued role as Senate Majority Leader. Representative Mo Brooks will challenge in the House, and
Senator Ted Cruz will probably support him (the support of at least one senator
is needed), but it will be too little too late. President Trump had four years to investigate election fraud
and put in safeguards to prevent election fraud. But even when Republicans had
the House & Senate for the first two years of Trump he did nothing about
it. He was busy backpedaling on his campaign promises. We have millions of new
illegal immigrants and new legal immigrants competing for American jobs at
lower wages. The White House has nice Christmas decorations, though. |
| | Plan for President Trump's Second Term November 11, 2020
The
U.S. 2020 presidential election is in dispute. Votes have not been certified. There
is no “president elect.”
But
President Trump will be inaugurated for a second term.
The
“mainstream’ media lies, and lies, and lies, and suppresses news of extensive
targeted voter fraud. You may wish to tune onto Newsmax and avoid CNN, MSNBC,
Bloomberg, the Wall Street Journal, the FT, et al., because they are all lying.
Republicans
have amassed affidavits of voter fraud as well as statistical evidence, and in
some cases, states have acted unconstitutionally.
In
this election, ballots have been tainted and evidence destroyed, and computer
software “glitched” for Biden. The errors were always wildly in favor of Biden
on a net basis.
(Tip:
If you’re a fraudster, always give the other guy a little so that you can hold
up a ballot and say: see here's one in favor of the guy I defrauded.)
Pennsylvania
is particularly egregious. It unconstitutionally changed election rules to make
fraud easier, and President Trump’s astounding 700,000 lead disappeared as
ballots magically appeared after polls closed.
Popular
Vote and the Electoral College Vote The
USA is a Republic. An elected president does not have to get the majority of the
popular vote. In recent history, President Bill Clinton was elected twice and did
not achieve a popular vote majority in either election.
A
president does not require more popular votes than the opposition, either. You
may recall President Trump had fewer popular votes than Hillary Clinton, but he
won more electoral votes.
State
legislatures appoint electors who cast the votes for president. (See Article II
Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution.)
If
the Electoral Vote is Disputed, House of Representatives Will Vote (one per state) Given
that fraudsters have been obstructing investigations, if it isn’t possible to
certify 270 votes for either candidate due to unresolved fraud issues, the House
of Representatives will decide the election.
But
this works to Trump’s advantage, because each state—not each representative—gets
only one vote. There are more red states than blue states.
What
about Local Elections for Senators, Representatives and More? The
Trump administration will continue going after voter fraud, because we do not
know how much the down ballot votes have been tainted. Georgia is having a run-off
vote for its two senate seats. Michigan has a senate seat in question, too.
New
Era in the USA This
time the fraudsters outdid themselves, and you’ll notice it is absolutely rotten
in areas where Democrat machines have control.
We’ve
had all we can stand, and we will not take it anymore. |
| | The United States of America is a Republic- November 6, 2020
This is a timely reminder that the United States of America
is a Republic. The Electoral College elects the president.
Judicial Watch’s Tom Fitton observed:
“State legislatures in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin,
Georgia (and maybe Arizona) will have decision to make -- endorse and ratify
happened this week to [President Trump] or appoint a slate of electors to
reelect the President.”
This is the “third coup d’état attempt by Democrats
I voted for President Trump to “Drain the Swamp.” This is an
excellent time to rev up the pumps.
Dick Morris (of all people) recommends that President Trump
hold rallies in the contested states where votes are being stolen and
fabricated. Here’s
his interview on Newsmax.
Morris notes that phony, incorrect polls, were inflated to set “a
bar of how high the Biden vote has to go based on theft, how many votes you
need to steal…to meet the expectations of the poll, so people can say it was
predicted all along.” He claims this is the “third coup d’état attempt by the
Democrats”: The first was the Russia Hoax, then the “impeachment,” and this is
the third.
Recommendation: Large Trump Rallies, Federal Courts
Morris’s solution is “the Federal Courts and state
legislatures can take over this process, because the Constitution says that the
legislatures [not the governors] can determine how the electoral votes are
allocated and cast.”
The state legislatures are Republican. They can oversee this
process now via a joint legislative committee.
“We need public support—we need a massive outpouring of
Trump supporters to protest this brazen theft. So I urge President Trump to
start doing rallies this weekend…and get tens of thousands of people to demand
that the election not be stolen.”
“Soros dumped a ton of money into these races, particularly
North Carolina and Michigan with a view to just this voter fraud, and the idea
was to elect a Democrat Supreme Court in each state, and they did, toppling a Republican
Court, spending ten times the money.”
Therefore, “what we need to do is get this before the
Federal Court largely on an equal protection argument, and have them intervene,
and ultimately have it go to [SCOTUS].”
What Can You Do? Call State Legislatures
Call the State Legislatures in the contested states and let
them know that you strongly support immediate oversight of this process via a
joint legislative committee and that you do not want a stolen election.
Remind
them that ultimately they appoint the electors to re-elect the president. |

Lead
Article in the Journal of Structured Finance
You may recall that the last
time I wrote an article for JSF. It was for the Winter 2006 issue. It was also
the lead article and was titled “The Elusive Income of Synthetic CDOs.” For
many, it was a very long winter. My finance classic, Structured Finance and Collateralized Debt
Obligations was released by John Wiley & Sons in September 2008. It is
an ongoing reference for lawyers, Congress, and students interested in both control
fraud and legitimate instruments, applications, and hedging. It has just been
re-released as a print
replica eBook available only via Amazon for selected reading devices and as
a trade paperback.
It’s
funny to read the reviews of the first edition, mostly snark from “professionals.”
The same people sang a different tune when the financial crisis hit and my
analysis proved sound. |
