All you need is yogurt starter culture, coconut milk, tapioca starch, coconut cream powder (or milk powder) honey and a lot of patience (while it incubates in the machine). Fruit is optional. It turned out creamy, tangy, smooth and with added blueberry fruit bottom was so delicious! Keeps well for up to 2 weeks in the fridge but for optimal flavour, consume within 10 days.
