Dear all,
Every few months, Google makes significant changes to its algorithm. These are called 'broad core updates,' and they are designed to make search results more relevant to Google users.
However, they can also result in very negative outcomes for businesses that rely on organic traffic - if Google demotes your site during an update, you can lose a massive percentage of your visitors overnight.
Google recently rolled out the latest core update, and it's now in the process of making itself felt - lots of businesses are seeing wild changes in their traffic, and not all of them positive.
If you've been negatively affected by the latest update, don't panic: it is possible to recover, and our new post explains how to do just that.
Read our guide to recovering from a Google core update here.
As ever, if you find the content helpful, I would really appreciate it if you could share it with others, or link to it from your own site.
Warm wishes
