This new resource is all about discovery. It takes children on a journey from humming to violin, letting them explore sound freely before guiding them towards rhythm, technique, and expression. No pressure, no rigid steps—just curiosity leading the way.

🌿 Why humming? It builds pitch awareness, breath control, and inner hearing—all in the most natural way possible. It also has a sneaky superpower: activating the vagus nerve to help kids (and us!) regulate emotions and find calm in a busy world.
