You press play on The Gingerbread Boy video — a little rhythm fun before pack-up time.

Everyone’s clapping, tapping, totally focused…
until the moment Stringosaurus gulps him down.

Gasps. Giggles.
Then a small voice: “Play it again!”

And before you know it, they’ve practised those note value rhythms six more times — without even noticing.

That’s when I always think:
who needs long explanations when the story does it for them?
