| | | Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey and Caroline Morey
Caroline Morey and Pierre-Yves Colin are a great team in the vineyards and the cellar. Caroline guides the winemaking for all the reds under both labels, while Pierre-Yves leads with all the white wines. Their hard work and dedication in the vineyards produce perfectly ripe, concentrated grapes. The reds typically ferment with a significant portion of whole clusters, undergo a short ‘cuvaison’, and age in larger 350L barrels. The wines are translucent in color, with incredible perfume, flavor intensity and length. The whites are more full-bodied than your usual white Burgundy, with intense flavors and are mouth-coating on the palate.
