Moms deserve time to heal, bond, recover, grieve, and care for their families without being pushed into a financial crisis.
And paid leave is not just for moms.
It is for dads bonding with babies. It is for people grieving the loss of a loved one. It is for caregivers. It is for workers recovering from illness, surgery, injury, disability, or a healthcare event that changes everyday life.
On Tuesday, June 2 at 5:30 PM, there will be a paid leave public hearing at the Allegheny County Courthouse, and we need moms, families, caregivers, and workers to make their voices heard.
