Join the Hosanna House Destinations Team!
We are looking for highly motivated, community-minded, results-driven individuals to join Hosanna House's Hope Group Destinations Team.
The Destinations Team primarily helps individuals, families, organizations and companies celebrate special moments at The Venues of Hosanna House located at Sherwood Event Center (400 Sherwood Rd., near Forest Hills, PA) and Wallace Event Center (807 Wallace Ave, Wilkinsburg, PA). We host weddings, corporate retreats & meetings, family reunions, youth groups, baby showers, children’s birthday parties and more.
We currently have two open positions
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
The best candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field; have five years minimum of sales experience and/or coordination; and experience in hospitality, telesales or retail sales is a plus. The Business Development Manager is responsible for booking goal achievement, management of sales process and administrative duties.

CERTIFIED LIFEGUARDS
Ideal candidates must have a current Lifeguard Certification and, ideally, a High School Diploma or equivalent (high school juniors and seniors are encouraged to apply). Lifeguards are responsible for the prevention of injury and loss of life in our aquatic areas, as well as, supporting our aquatics programming and events.

YOUR SAFETY IS OUR NUMBER #1 CONCERN
The State of Pennsylvania recently increased event venue guest capacities. The State is now allowing venues to welcome 50% maximum capacity outdoor and 25% maximum capacity indoor; however, this is only permitted if the venue can ensure attendees and workers can maintain the 6-foot physical distancing requirement.
In light of the State increase, The Venues of Hosanna House capacities are as follows:
Sherwood Event Center
- Outdoor – 150 guests or less
- Indoor – 50 guests or less
Wallace Event Center
- Ballroom and Gymnasium – 75 guests or less
- Hospitality Room and Small Conference Room – 15 guests or less
