Join us for “Mind Your Head: How Brain Injury Changes the Way We Think,”
a free, hybrid program Feb. 3 at 2 p.m. at the Allegheny County Area Agency on Aging (2100 Wharton St., Pittsburgh, PA 15203).
The Black History Month program — a partnership of Community and Family Builders, Alzheimer’s Association Greater Pennsylvania Chapter and Parkinson Foundation Western Pennsylvania — features Dr. Shawn R. Eagle, assistant professor in the Department of Neurological Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh. Bring your questions for the Q&A and pick up dementia resources. By the end of the program (offered in person and online), you will know about cognitive health disparities and the link between brain injury and dementia.
