toning and cardio class created by
Phillip Weeden, owner of
Naturally Gifted Fitness Center
in Cleveland Hts, OH.

Phillip Weeden started his own personal training business called Naturally Gifted Personal Training more then 5 years years ago after working different jobs and realizing what his passion truly was. In the beginning, Phillip got into fitness for his own personal reasons and participated in a few bodybuilding competitions and being featured in a couple magazines. Realizing he wanted to expand his "fitness world", he decided that he wanted to help others change themselves to become healthier, he began personal training and has been very successful at it.
