Job Title: NEED Mentoring Program Site Coordinator
Reports To: Director, Programs and Services
Department: AAMMI
(African American Male Mentoring Initiative) Program

Qualifications:

Must have a passion for advocating the success of youth
Committed and Good Listener
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and public speaking skills
Need to have flexibility in their time to be able to meet with students on a weekly basis.
Knowledge of institution of higher education resources

Additional Requirements:

Act 33/34 Requirements
FBI Fingerprinting
TB Testing
