Happy Fridioms! It's Friday and I'm discovering idioms in the Urdu language that are based upon food and feasting. I feel like I just explained something obvious and killed the joke.

It's no easy feat to come up with a name for anything: blog posts, projects, books, and your child. I joined a Writers in Community workshop back in June. The promise was to publish a book on kindle come this solstice on December 21st. I'm happy to report that I have written 25,000 words. Last year, I had written zero words. Although I'm not close to publishing a book at the moment, I want to honor that little voice inside me and still publish on kindle on this date. I'm working on a small handbook for beginners learning to cook Pakistani food. It will involve recipes and stories; a small taste of what's to come in the future from me.

Going down names' lane, I hopped upon Urdu idioms that involve food. I thought it would be a great idea to try to turn them into book titles. I welcome you to discover what I found. Until next Friday!
