The problem? As you may well know, many of our our online participants have lost reliable access to our online meetings over the past year as our online meeting server has become increasingly unstable. |

The solution. After considerable research and testing we've settled on a multi-user subscription to Zoom video meetings.
This is an exciting and powerful upgrade that offers a look and feel much closer to a face-to-face meeting.
This solution also provides us with: - A larger meeting capacity
- Video chat (as well as voice and text chat)
- Stable connectivity
- Compatibility with mobile devices

The monthly fee associated with each of our new Zoom meetings is modest, but with 30 weekly meetings on our schedule (and a plan to add more!) our projected estimate for Zoom fees in 2019 is significant.
