Approaching this Thanksgiving Holiday, we are overwhelmed with appreciation for our entire community of volunteers, supporters, and advocates of recovery for all who need it. Here at the National Office, our SMART Hearts are filled with the kind of gratitude that words will never adequately express. 

Thank you for your actions and your thoughts. Your affirmation and your words. Your kindness and your belief in the power of self-empowered, science-based, mutually supportive recovery.

As we enter the holidays with a great spirit of hope and togetherness, I would also like to share a message from SMART’s President Bill Greer that provides both a brief look back at 2020 and, most importantly, a look forward to where we are heading in 2021 and beyond.
