SMART Recovery issues an annual survey to collect feedback from all who are affiliated with SMART -- volunteers, meeting attendees, online participants, family & friends, treatment professionals -- all are invited and requested to participate.
We look forward to including your valuable feedback as we continue to grow and serve many more individuals. Your response will help us tailor our program and services to continue to meet the growing needs of those we serve.
