Adopt-A-Meeting Initiative
One year ago, with the enthusiastic help of our online community, we were excited to be able to upgrade to Zoom technology for our self-empowering online meetings. Zoom meetings include video/audio/text and file sharing options to more closely resemble face-to-face meetings.
The community support for the 2019 Adopt-A-Meeting campaign for Zoom technology has made it possible for us to be there for those who are unable to attend local SMART meetings. Hundreds more people are now able to attend online SMART meetings each week. And it has led to real growth in the number of meetings we offer each week -- from 30 weekly meetings in 2019 to 40 weekly meetings today.
With now 40 weekly meetings on our schedule (and plans to add more!)
