The company makes this announcement because of the quality control and potentially superior health benefits that only hemp grown for health purposes can provide.
While Industrial hemp has a wide variety of important uses including fabric, rope, paper, bio-fuel, and more, it is not the best quality hemp to extract oil from for health purposes.
