Acology Inc.: Letter to Shareholders

CORONA, CA--(Marketwired - March 05, 2015) - Acology Inc. (OTCQB: ACOL)

Dear Acology Shareholders:

We would like to announce today that sales for the month of February eclipsed projections and have set records for the best month in the company's short history.

Building on the momentum that propelled the company through the last part of 2014 and capitalizing on returns from new industrial and business connections in the healthcare, veterinary and palliative patient care industries I would like to express my optimism that the first quarter of fiscal 2015 will find the company in good shape to meet growing demand for Acology products.

Acology's presence at the Western Veterinary Conference in Las Vegas at the end of February, where we introduced "The Pet-Tainer", has developed new interest in the company's signature product. Although preliminary, we have entered into meaningful discussions with Bayer International Healthcare and Henry Schein Medical Products to place Acology products with their outstanding companies. New markets have been opened in the palliative care industry, including hospice patient care and patients with cognitive disabilities. Ongoing business has increased with clients in the burgeoning MMJ and RMJ markets. We have begun developing new business in the rapidly increasing field of specially designed products specifically geared to the needs of service veterans and negotiations are ongoing for the introduction of a custom Medtainer to the VA service system.

Currently our team members are attending the Associated Surplus Dealers show in Las Vegas and report wide interest in MedTainer that has already led to new markets and robust sales orders. In the coming months, Acology will be sending sales teams to trade shows focusing on health and patient care, herbal medications, beauty and culinary products and associations.

I am pleased to tell you that our signature product continues to find new markets and opportunities for expansion. Acology's 4th generation Medtainer is a patented, FDA approved #5 polypropylene container that is water-proof, smell-proof and certified child resistant. Its most impressive feature is a built-in grinder that grinds pills, herbal medications, coffee beans and teas into powder or easy-to-use components. The container's grinding teeth have been reinforced for greater wear and easier manipulation. Our patents are holding well and there seems to be little interference from competitors in other container industries to encroach on the disciplines that our products outline so well.

Thanks you for your continued trust and support.

Curt Fairbrother, CEO
