Further, CEO Keith Schaefer let shareholders know that the company has several pending acquisitions in the pipeline which he anticipates will be finalized in 2013 as well as a number of partnerships in negotiations that they will share as appropriate.

Sanuwave Health, Inc. (OTCBB:SNWV) announced that it received a patent issued by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office entitled "Method and Devices for Cleaning and Sterilization with Shock Waves." The claims of the patent (patent number 8,343,420) relate to a new method that sterilizes blood by applying external shock waves to destroy blood pathogens contained in bags, pipes and tubes. The patent has a term extending to July 2031.
SNWV continues to hover around 52 week highs as more strong PR's continue to be announced. Investors should look for consolidation at these price levels from the recent price surge, however further strong announcements could send this stock running once again.
