Rocky Mountain High Brands Files Amended Form 10 with June 30, 2016 and 2015 Audited Financial Statements

DALLAS, Sept. 29, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Rocky Mountain High Brands, Inc. (OTC PINK:RMHB), a fully reporting company, announced today that it has filed an Amended Form 10 with the SEC to update the Company’s filing with its June 30, 2016 and 2015 audited financial statements and independent auditor’s report.

Michael Welch, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, “The Company became a fully reporting company on August 22, 2016. Because of the SEC’s regulations regarding current financial information, the Company was required to issue an amendment to our Form 10 filing with our updated June 30, 2016 year-end audited financial statements even though the Company is already fully reporting. The information that is contained in the Amended Form 10 filing is more extensive and somewhat repetitive with the Form 10-K, which was due on September 28, and it contains the same June 30, 2016 and 2015 audited financial statements. The Company filed a 15 day extension yesterday on the Form 10-K to complete the Amended Form 10 filing and will file the Form 10-K in the next few days.”

Welch continued, “Upon the completion of these two filings, the Company will become eligible to uplist to the OTCQB, and we will move to a market that will better serve the needs of our investors.”
