Rocky Mountain High Brands Reaches Distribution Agreement to Sell Water and Hemp-Infused Beverages to 15,000 Direct Customers

DALLAS, Aug. 18, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Rocky Mountain High Brands, Inc. (OTC PINK:RMHB) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Water Event Pure Water Solutions (Water Event) of Carrollton, Texas to provide multiple services on behalf of the Company with both its Eagle Spirit Spring Water and its Rocky Mountain High Beverages.

Water Event will transport water from David’s Spring in Comanche County, Oklahoma to its filtration and bottling facility in Carrollton, Texas, where the water will go through Water Event’s micro filtration process, be co-packed and added to Water Event’s fleet of delivery trucks to be offered to its 15,000 customers located in the Dallas, Houston, Austin and Sherman/Dennison areas. These customers include grocery store chains, office buildings and individual homes and companies. The Company’s agreement with Water Event also includes the Rocky Mountain High line of hemp-infused beverages which will now be offered to the same Water Event Customer base from the same fleet of delivery trucks.

Brian Rose, Owner of Water Event, Current President of the Mid-American (Texas) Bottled Water Association and Current President of the Texas Water Quality Association, said, “I am pleased for us to be associated with this unique spring water with a naturally high alkaline content. Water with higher pH levels (more alkaline) is becoming very popular as consumers are trying to offset the effects of acidity in their diets. Soft drinks, coffee and other acidic foods are lowering our body’s pH levels below the optimal level of 7.3. Consumers drinking more water and especially water with a higher pH feel less fatigued, better hydrated and have marked improvement with acid reflux and other health issues.”

Michael Welch, President and Chief Executive Officer of Rocky Mountain High Brands, stated, “We are very excited to be associated with Brian and Water Event. Brian has been very helpful to us as we have gone through the steps of launching Eagle Spirit Spring Water, and we are very pleased to have the opportunity to offer both our water and our hemp-infused beverages to their expansive customer base. For us to be able to launch our water with someone with Brian’s credentials and customer base will help us gain traction on it much quicker.”
