PROFILE:

Joshua Gold Resources is a US gold exploration company headquartered in Canada, engaged in the exploration of highly prospective properties on a global scale. Our focus is to explore properties that are contiguous to proven gold-producing properties which represent a higher probability of gold-bearing geological structures that will lead to mineable deposits of gold.

Joshua Gold Resources Inc. is currently engaged in the business of mineral exploration for the purpose of acquiring and advancing mineral properties located in Canada and is also aggressively seeking properties in Southeast Asia.

Value Proposition

Swayze Gold Property
  • Two significant new discoveries of deposits with multi million ounce gold reserves in the Swayze Greenstone Belt
    • Probe Mines 35 km due West - Reserves of 4,311,000 oz Au
    • IamGold 30 km SE has a reserve of 8,700,000 oz
  • 21 distinct gold bearing quartz-carbonate primary veins have been identified at surface, with recent sampling confirming 12.64 oz per tonne Au from a chip sample
  • Certificates of assay from the Ontario Department of Mines in 1946 on vein material ranged from 0.40 to 117.70 ounces per ton gold.
  • Development of bulk tonnage gold reserves at the Property will be a key exploration focus for JSHG management
  • Recently confirmed mineralization within secondary veins, never before considered for gold bearing value, up to 5.41 grams per tonne Au from chip samples.
Brougham Graphite Property
  • Located adjacent to the past producing Black Donald Graphite Mine, producer of 90% of The Province of Ontario’s historical Graphite production.
  • Numerous exploration programs targeting gold and Uranium consistently indicated significant Graphite values.
  • 1955 - Can-Met Exploration in carried out a 19 hole, DD program. Hole 11 reported Graphite from 49.5 to 60 feet. Hole 15 reported Graphite from 6 to 55 feet and 63 to 85 feet.
  • 1967 - Emerald Lake Mines, while searching for Gold drilled 4 exploration holes on the Brougham property. 3 of 4 holes resulted with 10% to 20% Graphite.
  • 1964 - Robert Campbell reported a DD drill hole with 2, 10 foot sections of Graphite. One with a grade of 50%. The other 40% Graphite.
  • 1969 - R. Rinaldi reported on a 4 hole DD program. While no grades were disclosed: Hole 1 encountered a 23 foot section of Graphite plus the last 2 feet of the hole were showing Graphite. Hole 2 - from 0 to 22 feet and 72 to 75 feet showed Graphite. Hole 3 – from 0 to 15 feet and 75 to 102 feet showed Graphite
  • 1982 - Coronation Resources carried out a 12 hole DD program totaling 3170 feet. Previous exploration had focused on gold. This program by Coronation was Graphite oriented. The results indicated Graphite in all holes drilled. They ranged from trace to significant amounts. References are mostly to flake Graphite. It was reported that 88% of the holes contained less then 4% Graphite, 6% contained 5% or more Graphite and 6% contained 5% or more Graphite was reported.

Bigwood Graphite Property
  • Property is located along the north shore of the French River, 22 kilometers upstream from its mouth on Georgian Bay.
  • Bigwood Property is a highly prospective target for Graphite with exploration work with graphite observed in flake aggregates of 1/16” to 1/2” in diameter.
  • Larger flakes, including 3” diameter flake have been found in zones of hydrothermal pegmatitic nepheline syenite (Komerechka, 1988, Ontario Geological Survey).
Investment Highlights

Strong Graphite Position. The 395-acre Brougham Graphite Property is located adjacent to the past producing Black Donald Graphite Mine, which has been the source of 94 percent of Ontario’s historical graphite production and dubbed one of the largest and richest graphite deposits in North America with ore grades up to 80 percent carbon graphite. Exploration at the 1,305-acre Bigwood Property has produced graphite flakes up to 3" in diameter.

Opportunistic Industries. Joshua Gold Resources was formed to capitalize on acquisitions of prolific properties at discounted prices as the gold markets are depressed by temporary external influences. Due to technological advancements and regulatory changes in China, the graphite industry is underserved and in great need of new sources of all forms of graphite.

Seasoned Management. The Joshua Gold Resources team is led by President, CEO and Director Benjamin Ward. Ward has an illustrious resume and is focused on acquisitions and property option agreements for the company. Other officers and directors at the company have decades of top-tier experience in finance and mining. Dr. Cheriton, PhD. Harvard University, a registered professional engineer, has been in the mining industry for five decades and is directly responsible for the discovery of a number of ore deposits, including the Caribou Mine in New Brunswick, Canada.

The Recent Acquisitions made by Joshua Gold have been fundamentally accretive to the company, but they have not necessarily been reflected accurately in the share price. With only 81.2 million shares outstanding and a 22-cent per share price tag, Joshua Gold’s valuation is still only 17.87 million dollars, leaving plenty of clearance for appreciation as Wall Street learns more about this new kid on the gold and graphite block. By most standards, the company is still considered a “position play” because of its portfolio and the fact that it is not yet in production, but the large land positions, management team and high-grade reserves will serve the company very well in the future either for independent development or lucrative partnering opportunities. Any seasoned trader knows that when there’s blood in the streets, it’s time to buy. In fact, it is that same philosophy that was employed by Joshua Gold to quickly build its formidable portfolio at a fraction of its real value. It is for these reasons, as well as the ones mentioned above, that we at SmallCapVoice.com have decided to turn our next US spotlight on Joshua Gold Resources Inc. (OTCQB:JSHG) and encourage our members to promptly begin their due diligence and add it to their watch lists.
