Allezoe Medical Holdings (ALZM) Announces Approval of Acquisition Agreement
BOCA RATON, FLORIDA - (Marketwire) - 08/20/12 - Allezoe Medical Holdings (OTCBB:ALZM) which previously announced that it has entered into an agreement for the merger of HealthWatchSystems, Inc., a Florida corporation, with and into HWS Acquisition Corp., a Florida corporation and wholly-owned acquisition subsidiary of ALZM, today announced that the merger was approved by the shareholders of OVWatch on August 13, 2012. The result of the merger will be that HealthWatchSystems, Inc. ("OVWatch") will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of ALZM and the shareholders of OVWatch, as a group, will acquire 20 percent of the outstanding stock of ALZM, post-merger, on a fully-diluted basis.

Wall Street hits four-year high
Wall Street hit a four-year high on Tuesday as equity markets continue to grind steadily higher on hopes that central banks will act in the near future to stimulate their economies.
The S&P 500 has risen nearly 3 percent so far in August. Much of those gains have come on a few outsized days while other days have seen small incremental gains. Volumes have been light as investors wait for central banks' meetings next month where policymakers are expected to take action to ease Europe's debt crisis and boost the economy.

Gold prices jump to 2-1/2 month highs
Gold prices hit their highest since June 6 on Tuesday as the dollar slid to a six-week low against a currency basket and stock markets rallied, while platinum hit 3-1/2 month highs as unrest simmered at a mine in major producer South Africa.
A breach of chart resistance for gold at $1,630 an ounce, which has held it in check since early June, sparked further technically driven buying, dealers said, fuelling momentum.
