Auscrete Corporation CEO, John Sprovieri, and Mr. Spiro Sapounas who heads up A Canadian Investment Group, called in to SmallCapVoice.com (SCV) to provide ASCK shareholders and the SCV listening audience an update on where the Company is at on its path to establishing Canadian operations and the current efforts of Spiro and his group of investors. Spiro outlined the need for affordable housing throughout Canada, the advantageous positioning of the factory just north of the border with the US, which opens the Northeast US to importing ASCK’s building products for construction of affordable housing throughout the Northeast. He also discussed employment brought to the region around the factory, and international opportunities in the Caribbean.
Auscrete spokesman, Lee Odom later stated, “With the modified funding plan, the Company is still online to begin production by year end.” He continued, “Auscrete will own a 75% interest in the Canadian Venture, effectively giving the Company another corporate facility that will double the revenues of the Company and increase output to over 600 homes per year in the near future.”
