Integrated Cannabis Solutions Issues Update

COCONUT CREEK, Fla., May 10, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — via OTC PR WIRE — Integrated Cannabis Solutions, Inc., (OTCPINK: IGPK) made tremendous strides at the end of the first quarter in its quest to become a fully reporting entity.

The Company incurred some larger than normal legal and accounting expenses during the quarter to achieve this goal. The Company is working steadfast to get its S1 filed, the professional team retained to make this happen is working to get the filing done as soon as possible.

Once the Registration filing has been made the Company will enter a quiet period until the Registration goes effective. The only updates the Company will make will be within filings required to be made on SEC.GOV.

Progress is being made at the farm. This weekend a representative for IGPK will be interviewing several local hemp farmers with the intent to retain one to assist in training our farmer and team to grow a successful hemp crop.

IGPK has sourced several seed suppliers with high yielding plants, the key is getting seeds indigenous to the Wisconsin climate. The parcel we are planting on still needs some time dry out from the harsh winter, but will be ready for seeding in a few weeks.

During the test planting we will use several different strains to see which one not only grows the best, but produces the highest yield. This year’s test crop is more about securing the highest yielding seeds to plant next year on all 160 acres.
