ERBB has financed a significant expansion project for Herbal Elements, which produces American Green-branded products in Colorado. This project was financed to help Herbal Elements reach production and revenue goals and to drive income for American Green.
ERBB announced that it has it signed a Purchase Agreement for a Class A building in Tempe, Arizona that will be a prime location for a Medical Marijuana Dispensary it will lease to one of its license holder clients. "This will be the only MMJ dispensary in a Class A building in the greater Phoenix area. The surrounding cities of Tempe, Chandler and Ahwatukee will provide the bulk of clients for the dispensary. It has easy on/off access from I-10. The area is underserved and should generated substantial revenue based on existing patient counts in the area," says Jonathan Miller, American Green CEO.
ERBB has been chosen as the brand name for up to three locations to be secured by Paradigm, LLC, in the state of Washington. Each of the three retail marijuana locations will operate under the name "American Green." "Paradigm is excited to begin working with American Green. This opportunity will allow us to use the American Green brand name and have access to licensing and marketing services to help develop products for the recreational market in the state of Washington," says Kate Gonsalves, Manager of Paradigm, LLC a company formed for the purpose of obtaining a retail license with the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB).
