(OTCPK:VGTL, or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that, in coordination with its management agreement with Into The Night Management, it has retained two of Dallas’ top nightlife and event promotion groups to enhance attendance at Don’t Tell Supper Club.

The contracts with the nightlife and event promotions groups are scheduled to close simultaneous with the acquisition of the Don’t Tell Supper Club by VGTel, Inc. “These groups come with huge followings that will further drive attendance to Don’t Tell further enhancing the business’s bottom line.
