Don't take this wrong- this is not saying to avoid certain healthy foods like nuts, seeds or foods high in natural oils and fats- this is simply saying to be aware how many calories are in some of these foods if you are overweight and trying to lose weight. Most people think just because something is "healthy", they can eat as much as they want. They also think fruit juice, yogurt and soy cheese is healthy. It's funny how people think they are healthy simply because they are having a salad- but then drown it with a gallon of thick creamy salad dressing, dried fruit, nuts and cheese- not realizing that's more calories than a giant bowl of pasta or a typical American meal. So enjoy part 4 of my 7 part calories animated cartoon series. I try to make education and health fun :-) |

Cara and Markus I am a 56 year old female that has taken 4 medications every day for 17 years. A little under 3 years ago I found you on youtube and bought your book Heal Yourself 101. Just a few days on this formula in smoothies and in juices clears up my eczema super fast! There is no question that my body is absorbing this formula and loving it. At first the taste was bitter but now I'm used to it and it's not as bitter because my body likely adapted/cleaned up. Read the label because it is true that if you are supposed to be sleeping don't take it before bed because you'll get a burst of energy and be up for a while.
