Wow the response from that last video really amazed me. So many people came out from the shadows. It really helps to hear your thoughts. Your voice matters. Life is short and I try to help others help themselves as much as possible in the time we have... which is less than we think. It goes so fast. Quality of life makes so much difference. How we treat ourselves affects others more than we can imagine. We are all connected. I made this thank you video just for you.

I changed my life style over a decade ago thanks to Markus' book. Very quickly after only a few weeks people started to notice the results and asked me what I was doing. Never before have I seen people become so aggressive from 1 second to another when I gave them the answer and told them what to cut out of their diet... People deleted me, ended our friendship, mocked me, etc. All of these people now have health issues, grey hair (if any at all) and quite a few aren't even alive anymore. I still have a 6 pack, work out 6x/week, go for a run every day and am full of life and energy. The funniest thing is when people younger than me tell me, "Wait till you're my age..."
Beckey OrtizI can testify how amazing sea moss is. My hair is so much fuller. If someone is having issues with thinning hair they really should try sea moss. I freeze mine in a ice cube tray and use them in my smoothies.Thank you to the both of you for great products. I love the vitamin C powder.
@jjall663 Markus I found you and Cara because of your ozone video 10 years ago. Since then, I've listened and implemented your products and food. I'm the only person in my family that HASN'T been hospitalized, I still have ALL MY BODY PARTS, my physique looks better now than in my 20s and i still look 40 instead of 54. Thank you for the best education money didn't buy.
@danicegewiss862 I woke up itching. My pets are flea treated, we dumped all sources of water, but I still itched. I realized what it was...I cut way back on the sugar and my body was healing itself...the candida is dying off. Thank you for the positive words. It really does work like that.

@ShameonYou-TV This is hands-down my favorite Markus product! (Green formula) The texture is perfect—any lumps break apart effortlessly with a spoon. I love spreading it over my Costco wild blueberries for a daily treat that's both delicious and nourishing. Since incorporating this and sticking closely to Markus's dietary guidelines, I haven't been sick once. The mantra is etched in my mind: no bread, pasta, pizza, cookies, etc—haha! On a side note, I hope my girlfriend ages as gracefully as Cara. Cara radiates vibrant health!
@GoldenEraZen I must say I am impressed. After taking a week long road trip and coming home to an order I placed on one of your stacks on sale that included this product ( power formula), I wasn't expecting a two day turn around in energy. I swear it must be the Pine Pollen at 10:1 ratio because that stuff is powerful. Along with all the other ingredients. I've had experience with Pine Pollen powder and it's amazing. With all that being said Marcus, you have a great product. It is currently helping me out with my lifestyle. My job requires a lot of energy and then I barely have any left for myself to be honest, like going to the gym and exercise, spending time with friends and family, my hobbies, etc. Thank you for creating a great herbal product. @jjall663 Thank you Markus and Cara. I've been following y'all for 10 years. Thank God I did because I never had a single symptom of menopause. I had the transition with no problem--not even hot flashes. I've worked-out all my adult life, unfortunately people that workout eat the worst. You saved me from hospitalizations, HRT, and the big pharma con. At 54, my stomach is flatter now than in my twenties, my allergies have disappeared and for the first time since high school and middle school I'm actually running again (female)

@sheilak04 When me and my children started taking your green formula, vitamin C powder and Irish Sea Moss everyday in a smoothie about 7 years ago. @jaylynn444 I happened upon one of your videos in 2014 while in school for Holistic Nutrition. I immediately started backing off animal products & started incorporating more raw foods. I did a raw food cleanse for 7 days - it completely changed my life! No more food cravings! I went vegan in 2/2015 w/a high emphasis on raw foods- & NEVER GOT SICK AGAIN!! I purchased your Night rebuild for peri-menopause - & the 1st night (just like Cara said!) - no more hot flashes! I took it faithfully for about a year and then started lowering the amount. I never had any more perimenopausal symptoms. I don’t HAVE to take it anymore, but I do occasionally because it’s healthy. I have no health problems, no allergies, no food intolerances, I don’t have to take any meds for health problems because I don’t have any! And I will be 60 this year 💃🏼Thank you for teaching me Markus - you taught me more than any of my teachers!

@ShameonYou-TV Okay, I need to talk about this Sea Moss gel situation—help! I followed your advice to make my own gel and started taking a spoonful every morning before my green juice. I’m all about that healthy vibe, but there’s a problem. I’ve been partially bald for years, happily shaving my head every other day for the last 26 years. Now, thanks to this Sea Moss gel, the little hair I have left is growing like it’s auditioning for a shampoo commercial! I’m out here shaving every single morning just to keep my dome smooth. It’s exhausting! Who has time for this? Send help or a faster razor! 😂 #SeaMossProblems # TooMuchHair

@taniaallan5702I’m in perimenopause (I’m 49) and I had to quit coffee last year, exactly 12 months ago actually. I only had one cup a day, black, and it still caused me problems all of a sudden. No sleep, anxiety, panic attacks, hot flashes all day everyday, sore joints and more. As soon as a stopped coffee all that stopped. No joke. I was worried I’d need HRT, but as soon as I quit coffee my issues went away. Maybe they’ll come back, but I hope not. I enjoy Teeccino now and one matcha in the morning (it doesn’t bother me at all).

@kathrynparker983 I bought your sea moss and was amazed how much it ballooned up when soaked! It was like a science experiment! It made a lot and I've been using it. Within 2 weeks, the ridges (they were bad) on my nails flattened out. These ridges have been a long standing issue. Hair is feeling better and growing faster. Must still be working on my skin. But it's only been less than a month, so I can wait.

As a post menopausal women, I went raw 6 months ago, stopped my HRT, I fortunately have never had caffeine, and I feel better now at almost 60 then I did in my twenties. @jafet4809 MARKUS I want to sell your green formula in my country. Recently I dropped the spoon and started just pouring it directly from the bag, so I dont measure the quantity I use anymore. i think It sometimes is 1/4 a cup or half a cup sometimes, point is the effects are on another level when one increases the quantity. The power feels different so awesome. I've done many cleanses and the effects I get from the higher quantities of your formula are very similar to a deep cleanse but faster. Energy is insane. Combined with breathwork and other methods along the day. Truly makes one feel super powerful. 2/3 of my money goes to health and body care and your products are up there, top shelf.

I just HAVE to tell you that after only TWO DAYS (on day3 today) of using your trio of the protein powder, the green formula & your Vitamin-C, I woke up today feeling stronger!!! I know it’s not a placebo effect because I’ve tried all kinds of other different things & nothing else has done this! I can’t explain it but my body just feels a little stronger this morning! I was able to go right outside and move around! Feel like I could walk a couple miles no problem this morning & didn’t wake up with a sore neck & upper back like normal.
