That cookbook is FANTASTIC It is what allowed me to transition to health and tastes AMAZING (and I work 2 to 3 jobs)
Lahugel The prosperity Secret is the most inspiring book I've ever read. I was able to leave a job that wasn't right for me and also move across country after reading the Prosperity Secret. This book is well worth the price. The color pictures make it very easy to identify plants. I have discovered at least 20 different kinds of wild edibles just in a five mile radius from where I live by using this book. I recommend it. Great work Markus!

I've been taking your Green Formula for several months and I love it. My skin has cleared up and looks better. I also noticed my skin if softer and my heels which used to be cracked a bit have healed up entirely. Also I've lost weight and don't feel the desire to constantly eat like I used to. I have plenty of energy and feel a lot better overall. In the future I'm going to autoship the green formula and your other products. I've been telling other people of your products too. I've tried quite a few supplements in my life but the green formula and your other formulas have benefited me far more than anything else.
I’m 28 and I started doing everything Markus says- no alcohol, no smoking, no wheat, flour, sugar, etc and eating one big salad a day and supplements. On the parasite cleanse now and did my first enema! I excercise and get plenty of sunshine, I feel like a teen again and I literally aged in reverse. My skin is glowing and I feel alive again. I had a horrible caffeine addiction I squashed and I wake up early now full of energy and stay that way all day. I was horribly depressed, aging, angry all the time, bad sleep habits, overweight, mysterious rash all over body... all that is gone now.

I've been taking the Green formula for a little over a month and I feel far more energetic now than ever before. I used to feel lethargic and tired a lot but not anymore. I also have been taking the protein formula and I feel that my muscles have grown and lifting weights at the gym is almost too easy now. I'm lifting more than I ever did before and I'm way more alert. I'm getting things done 5 times faster and feel amazing. I'm not even fully raw vegan like Markus and Cara but I still feel really good and I feel so much healthier and balanced thanks to the green formula as well as the other formulas. It works so well!!!!! I had to quit coffee...triggered anxiety attacks. I feel ten times better. That formula is exactly the way to start your day!!! Green Formula and the Irish Sea Moss are my two favorite products...a tiny bit of gelled moss gives my smoothies such a creamy texture.
( Green formula) I Love it myself, especially the taste. When I first tried it a year ago I was expecting it to be disgusting and bitter as heck but, but was shocked to find out the taste was so neutral, very slight sweetness to it. I take it with my matcha green tea
I have bought the green formula... YES it gives energy BUT its too strong for me. However, Im answering in the comments as asked, Yep it sure does give you energy. I use 1/4 of the recommend amount and that works for me
So funny, I was just telling my roommate how much I LOVE the Green Formula and that I will be taking it until the day I die lol . I also mix it in water and drink first thing in the morning...
