Your book Heal Yourself is probably the most powerful book I've ever read on health and so easy to digest (excuse the pun:) ). Please keep up this wonderful work. The world needs health pioneers/gurus such as yourself to educate us on how poor our eating habits are and just how much we are being kept in the dark by those who are supposed to protect us.

Just wanted to say that the parasite formula is really working! For years I always woke up with a white coated tongue. Ever since I read heal yourself 101 and fasted for a few weeks, I noticed in just the past few days that my tongue is pink when I wake up in the mornings, my scalp isn't itching anymore and several other symptoms (too many to list) are also going away. But you are right, the fasting part and clean eating is necessary for these herbs to be fully effective. Also, after using your vitamin C formula, a cold I had recently only lasted about 3 days instead of 7-10 days. I never had that result with any vitamin c supplement I have taken in the past. The Other Side
Ive been drinking it (green formula) daily for over a month and Im really starting to feel it. I cant explain it I just feel less hungry (I didnt at first Id hungry always) but now I go without eating for hrs and feel fine. Starving is bad you feel all weak and slow so I do obviously eat but I feel great overall energy and alive. Less headaches less mood changes. Amazing stuff!

I’ve been using your wonderful Vitamin C powder for a few months – just received my 2nd can of it. I’m not a smoothies person so I like sprinkling it on food, especially salad and avocados as it has a slight citrus flavor. Several days ago I was exiting a BART station. I was carrying my quart sized Mason jar of water. I tripped over something and went flying. My Mason jar landed on the cement first and shattered, then I landed flat on top of all that glass. I sustained two extremely deep lacerations which needed staples (14 in my arm, 6 in my leg). When the attending surgeon called me the day after he asked how I felt, and I said pretty good, other than the lacerations hurting, not much pain. He said, “That will likely change in a few days, you should bruise and have soft connective tissue and muscular pain.” We all know that Vitamin C is great for bruise prevention but YOURS takes it to a new level. Given that I body slammed the concrete ground with full body weight on top of a lot of glass, I have two teeny tiny bruises, the most minute amount of swelling around my staples/stitches, and other than a slight neck ache I’m bruise free with the most minimal pain. I suspect that the Vitamin C powder +the Green Powder will speed up the healing of these very deep cuts. Amazing!

I jumped in feet first Nov 3, 2016 with heal yourself 101, just as an experiment...and, it works. I boxed up all my dead food and gave it away. I did home enemas every week and slowly felt my body become a clear glass tube, and yes, I was amazed at just how full of shit we really are. I used his parasite formula along with papaya seeds in daily smoothies, and yes, surprised when i dropped a 5 inch parasite into the toilet, which is why i was always feeling run down. It must have been inside me for years and i was clueless. I bought a smoothie blender and now only eat live foods and green smoothies everyday. Markus you are amazing.... I started my water fast May 1st. (39 year old man) I'm hammering 1 gallon a day. I'm a roofer so I sweat all day. I have lost so much weight this week and feel amazing. I know it's only been 5 days but I was 240 Sunday, here it is Friday evening and I'm 218 LBS. my goal is 190 LBS. by the way I have been a fan for years but never committed 100%.
