Think about it. We all make decisions to stay in our comfort zone. So, if you're in your comfort zone (your choice of clothes, food, lifestyle etc) .. why are you so unhappy and unfulfilled? Why do you feel stuck? Here's a BIG Life Lesson.
There is an irony in most people's lives. They stay in their comfort zone- they eat the foods they like, they choose the same recreation, the same activities, they have comfortable lounge chairs and couches and watch TV and wonder why they aren't happy with life and don't feel fulfilled. Let me ask this question again- if you make decisions to stay in your comfort zone, ...why are you unhappy? The irony is people who are NOT in their comfort zone seem to be happier! Sure they have problems, challenges, pain and hardships, but they know it is temporary and no pain, no gain is a real truth. It takes courage to start doing uncomfortable things- and one of those things is to tell people the truth. It is not easy to tell people something they don't want to hear. We don't want people to not like us. But guess what? it's all just a test, and if you tell people the truth of how you actually feel, you may be surprised at the outcome! There is ONE word that changes people's lives more than anything else.

@rowdyredneck09 The super sea moss is much easier to clean. We pour it into an ice cube tray and freeze it to get perfect tablespoon-sized portions. We add it to dehydrator crackers and smoothies. We have also noticed faster nail and hair growth. Great stuff!

@alanbishop419I find I am gravitating towards 2 meals a day, making it easier to fast. 1 meal is your wild force green formula/Irish moss/vit c mixed or your green pro-c formula with irish moss (twice on training days) and then a big salad with fava beans or something like that and watermelon/cantaloupe/Canary or prickly pears for dessert. I feel most of the time I do not need to eat anything more. The Green formula staves off hunger for a good 4 hours and genuinely stops any thoughts of coffee. Somewhat surprising given I was a die-hard 6-8 small meals a day person some years ago. I honestly cannot give enough praise. Gives me so much more natural balanced energy and focus. I take it religiously every single day. re: inversion table video I have been suffering from 2 bulging disc and siatica in my right leg, got my self an inversion table and i inverted 3 times a day 15 min each for 4 days no more pain in my leg nor in my back still needs to work out my back (almost lost hope)

Hi Cara. I just received your Uncookbook about a week or so ago. I have already purchased a lot of the supplies and already made ( to my SURPRISE) your coconut bacon. I don't know if you seen my video or not, I placed it under one of your other videos. I was literally shocked, that you can make coconut actually taste like bacon! Next stop, I'll be making garlic naan. It took me awhile to find some coconut in my area, but phew, I found a new local source yesterday! Fit G I just discovered your products, and have been on a healthy journey for more than a total of 3 decades and I have NEVER found a product that works or does what it says such as yours! If you stop making this product people will die!! (sorry being dramatic, but not really). Hello Markus just wanted to say a big THANK YOU. I went on a binge of hot dogs and burgers and French fries this past Friday and had really bad lower back pain. I wanted to share my story so you can pass it on to your viewers. I believe sharing and letting people have the opportunity to thrive makes the world a better place. Onto my story, so I binged on junk food on Friday and Saturday came down with pretty bad lower back pain probably kidneys, since I have had kidney stones since 2005. So I was in excruciating pain to the point of barely being able to walk because it hurt so bad. I stopped all crap in my diet as of this past Sunday. I drank a half a bottle of apple cider vinegar daily and made green smoothies with your green formula, age free, energy formula, enzymes, probiotics, and apple cider vinegar. Gary gary (re: Amen Ra video) As a physician, the first time I came across this video I was quite sceptical about his philosophy. But, since I became vegan 5 years ago and implemented intermittent fasting and omad 2 years ago, combined with fasted cardio in the morning and resistance training in the evening, I can easily say that this man's philosophy is definitely working. Your energy levels will go up, your general well-being and health will improve and you will just become a better n healthier version of yourself.

I did, and I started to move, every single morning I take a walk. Days when I don’t feel like it I just put on my shoes and says to myself : ”You just need to step outside and then you may go inside again” But it always makes me take a walk, short or long, and I can proudly proclaim that after doing so, every single day with no exceptions, come rain or shine, since oktober 2020, I am now out of the depression!! I walked myself happy again.
