Started doing this (nothing till 4) a month ago. I began doing the 16-8 fasting and gradually came to the 20-4 fasting. I confirm everything Markus said in this video. My body became leaner and lost some belly fat and fat from allover the body. During this month I also did, some HIIT just once or twice a week with empty stomach. I'm very satisfied, definitely going to keep doing this.

I put Markus Vitamin C to the test and was not surprised one bit at the result. In August I sustained a complicated wrist fracture requiring two surgeries. Guys, don't be scared of it. Use it. It's awesome. I haven't gotten too fancy with it yet, just put a big spoon of it in my smoothies and my face masks with his vitamin C. Great pampering. And sorry I love how authentic it is fresh from the sea with sand still in it... and love the expansion process :-)

Hi Markus, my hair used to fall a lot, never grew it was dead, my nails the same and since I been using your collagen kit ( Greens, Vitamin C, and Sea Moss) is a huge change. I started enemas 1.5 years ago after watching Markus' video on it.... positive results are immediate (like feeling emotionally uplifted being one of them) and they stay in my health regimen now. It just makes sense. And that kind of water bag is definitely hard to find. I first went to CVS and the pharmacist snickered in disbelieve when I asked if they carried them... never forgot that. I finally found an old time medical supply store in the area that carried them.
