I recently recovered from COVID-19 and I can say with confidence that fruits and vegetables high in vitamin C and A helped my recovery. I love your products Marcus, that is how I discovered you many years ago I was looking for a whole food vitamin C powder. They were few of them the whole food vitamin companies had some. About 2 years ago I took my daughter to the doctor for her annual check up and I decided to weigh my self while waiting. At 5’11 I am most comfortable at 210lbs so I was terribly surprised when the scale read 254lbs. Needless to say, I had to make immediate changes to my diet and activity schedule. I have been taking other Markus products like the Vitamin C and the Green Formula (2 very good products) so I looked to see if Markus carried anything that dealt with natural testosterone to help push me over the edge in weight lifting and running and luckily I discovered his new Man-Force formula. All I can say is “WOW”. I lost 50lbs in 6 months, my energy levels are through the roof, my stamina and durability are unbelievable for someone whose 54 and this is the one product that I will not let run out. Marie Arnott I was traditional eater of the SAD diet. Pretty healthy though. My husband and I purchased a brand new manufactured home, put on a 4 ' foundation. Interesting note on fridge warning of formaldehyde exposure. Didn't think anything of it. After living in the home for 4 years the exposure about killed me. I went from healthy to several allergies, major sinus problems and high sensitivity to odors, both natural and chemical. My thyroid was messed up, I had a fatty liver,I pretty much had the smell capacity of a bloodhound that made me have migraines and chronic sinus problems. We sold the home and moved on and there began my recovery . As the years went by I tweaked things more and more. You'll be proud of me Markus. and my journey started with high blood pressure in December 2015. In 2016 I discovered you and started with Heal Yourself 101, then bought your whole website after doing the 3 month intense detox with parasite, kidney, colon, liver, enema cleanse. First month green juices, second month green smoothies, third month raw solid foods. Then I became a producer fermenting, gardening, making all aromatherapy, beauty, bath products. After healing my problems from back acne, blood pressure, wrinkles, etc I went back to bad diet to understand it so I can live through the changes. Hi Markus and Cara, I wrote on another one of your videos that I was working for a pharmaceutical company. Well I made a comment that people buy into Pharmaceuticals and that's what makes them so powerful. I also said, If people would just think outside of the box for alternative ways of healing they would be so much healthier. I lost my job the next day last Thursday. And when I left my job, I observed how many over weight people were working there. To the point that the floor would shake as they walked by. I really didn't belong there. I told them that summer is coming and the Coronovid19 virus will blow over. Well the universe found me a job the very next day and it pays more. I start April 14th. Thank you for another great video. I live for your videos, they offer so much nutritional support. There is no excuse not to be healthy.
Thanks for the good advice in these trying times. I feel so much better since I've been taking a bit of your Green Formula, and Plant Protein formula on a daily basis. It brought me back to health when I was recovering from anemia, and is very key to keeping me healthy.
I make a smoothie almost daily using 6 of your formulas, sea moss, and fruit and I love it!! I can't believe how full and satisfied I am after only drinking ~12 oz! Markus I want you to know that we heard you. My daughter and daughter in law quit smoking over a week ago when we watched this together. We collectively as a family quit all forms of sugar, coffee, dairy, meat, ALL of it. We are now juicing, green smoothies, all organics and drinking pleny of ACV water and WALKING. We are all in withdrawal and amazingly still speaking to one another. Now we are not near yours and Cara's level but are moving strongly in a direction. I asked myself the other day "would Markus and Cara be happy if they were hungry and opened this fridge?" I think so! Thank you!
I'm reading your Edible plants ebook right now and it's packed with some great knowledge. Eat a survivor and you become a survivor...wild plants are superior to grocery store fluff. Yes I would say you helped git rid of my heart disease, My husbands Cancer, You also helped us git rid of the hatred in are heart:) We have lost over half of are body weight and are more active thanks to you and Cara. Blood test don't lie my husbands blood test came back with the blood of an 18 year old and he is 62. Idil I live in Brussels, I'm a French speaking woman same age as you. It's sad that I heard about you so late in my life. But never too late! I read your books and I follow Cara and you on YouTube. After reading a first book I was very enthusiastic for having changes in my life. I'm not afraid of changes, I simply no longer have the health to undertake anything since I was no longer able to get up to do any work.The reason I found you on YouTube and follow your advices was my burn-out and being seriously unhealthy: I started having food allergies and intolerances, thyroid Hashimoto, unable to move because of very disabling joint pain all over the body, unable to sleep because of sleep apnea, to digest food, to work and to go on with a normal life. I don't smoke, I don't drink, I always preferred fruits and vegetables, I don't like meat/charcuterie and I didn't understand why I was in such bad shape.
First I changed my diet, as being healthy is the key and the first step. It was in December 2018. After changing my diet and following your exemple, your advices, and becoming a "plant based raw diet person", I lost few kilos, my digestion recovered. I live on intermittent fasting with one meal a day, I do fast regularly. Changing my diet helped a lot, enema, fasting too. But completing this with appropriate supplement such bamboo silica and seaweed, helped more to recover. Last year I wanted to buy your products (greens, night formula etc) but transportation costs are high; I even checked on your German web site for this. But in your videos you give the relevant information that allows me to find the right natural products in markets near my place. I like changes, the challenge is to identify what to change, what is good for me and how to do with what I have.... I also dream of a sunny place near the sea or in the countryside.

Here is the results I've noticed. I started taking the green formula about 6 months ago and since then I noticed that I have more energy and sleep less and the sleep I get is more restful. I used to have cracked skin on my feet but after taking the green formula that went away after a couple of weeks. My feet healed completely. I also used to have chipped cuticles that really hurt sometimes and the skin would peel. My cuticles have healed up completely now. The Protein formula is absolutely excellent. While it's not the best-tasting thing out there it really helps when I'm exercising. I've lost some fat around my stomach which makes me happy. I'm still slightly overweight but I'm working on that. The night time rebuild help me get to sleep quicker and I've noticed that my dream quality has vastly improves after taking the night time formula. I used to have a lot of nightmares but seldom do I anymore. I usually dream of nice tropical beaches now. Maybe it just has something to do with the plants that are in that formula. I started taking the power formula recently. That stuff is powerful. I noticed it also keeps me quite full. Some days I just have the aforementioned formulas and eat nothing else the entire day and keep going. I just start taking the new Vitamin C formula and it's absolutely amazing! Seriously it tastes like liquid candy. As for books, I've read both the prosperity secret and instructions for a new life twice and both are excellent books. Before reading these books I thought success was all about struggle and slaving away to someday make it. I now realize it's more about doing what one enjoys doing most and all that. I just recently bought the prosperity secret dvds and wow those interviews were all incredible. On some level I kind of knew this stuff but these people just put things together now. I'm applying this information into my life and improving my life for the better. Seriously, Markus Rothkranz and Cara Brotman are some of the best people ever in this world!!! Pay attention to them. Everything they say is true and they are the real deal. You're the best Markus and Cara I wish you a blessed life and hope to meet you some day and give you two a hug. |
