I read The Prosperity Secret and it inspired me to do things differently. I started with changing my mindset and continued with changing my actions. I am now reading the book Instructions for a New Life. I wish these books were translated to every language so everyone around the world can have access to this message. In the moment I realized everything is energy, including thoughts, I started "working" with my husband, too. I haven't done big changes. As a matter of fact, the biggest change I've done is accepting who I really was, (my character, personality, gifts) and do things through who I was born to be instead of doing things the way that pleases everyone and that ultimately makes me forget who I really am. My husband has noticed the difference and we actually have new things to talk about. I explain to him what I am learning and how he can apply it all in his life without the need of a degree. We actually sit and I write down the steps to reach a goal. I understand that anything that is worth takes time, so I don't expect to see a big result today, but I can realistically see it possible if done thoroughly. Thank you Markus and Cara. If anyone were to ask what does Cara have to do with the prosperity books and videos, well... behind every great man is a successful woman. That inspires me to be that successful woman to make my man great!

I did 9 days on mineralized water. Day One was easy. Day Two I was hungry. Day Three was mental. Day Four I felt weird, not sure what day I was on. The subsequent days were more mental, emotional BUT I wasn't craving food or sweets. Conversely I was feeling lighter, less concerned, more quiet, more focused and present. At day nine I felt as if I could walk on water LOL...I drink lots of mineralized water, did water enemas every other day and felt amazing. On day 10 I had breakfast at 3pm. I already felt like I would have some good results because I've been eating more raw foods and fasting. But I was blown away by how much better I felt on this stuff!
