Wrinkles are USEFUL and here's a great video why you should be thankful for them. Yes they actually serve a purpose and they are helpful- and as crazy as it sounds- they could even save your life if you use them correctly. Forget face creams or wrinkle creams or serums or magic potions or expensive crap that doesn't work. The cause comes from INSIDE and must be treated from inside. Simply injecting or pulling the skin tight doesn't get rid of the CAUSE, and no it's not simply from getting old. Many people have skin problems prematurely way before their time. They are a sign. Learn to read them. Be sure to read the book "Heal Your Face" and learn to read and understand the things your body are trying to tell you about your health. Everything happens for a reason. Markus, I did 9 days on mineralized water. Day One was easy. Day Two I was hungry. Day Three was mental. Day Four I felt weird, not sure what day I was on. The subsequent days were more mental, emotional BUT I wasn't craving food or sweets. Conversely I was feeling lighter, less concerned, more quiet, more focused and present. At day nine I felt as if I could walk on water LOL...I drink lots of mineralized water, did water enemas every other day and felt amazing. On day 10 I had breakfast at 3pm. I already felt like I would have some good results because I've been eating more raw foods and fasting. But I was blown away by how much better I felt on this stuff!
