HCESC Spirit Day and Hurricane Relief
Home District Spirit Day at HCESC to raise funds for Hurricane Relief.

This past Friday we celebrated our area school districts with a Spirit Wear Day to raise funds for those affected by the recent hurricanes via the AFT Disaster Relief Donation Center. Funds collected by the American Federation of Teachers will go to support those in Texas, Florida, and across the Caribbean. Learn more at https://www.aft.org/disaster-relief-fund.
Principles for Principals - September 27th
Ensure English learners receive the educational opportunities needed to succeed, attend "Principles for Principals."

ESL Consultants, Heidi Messbarger and Connie Reyes-Rau, will help principals navigate the complexities of the Title III procedures and legal compliance issues that districts face daily. This session will also assist attendees in understanding the cultural, academic, and linguistic implications that English learners experience within the school.
