Success is not determined by the events you experience, but by how you choose to manage the R.
The R Factor
The R Factor immediately equips leaders with the tools and skills to produce results. Using the simple but powerful framework of E + R = O (events + response = outcome), the R Factor teaches leaders how to "manage the R."

Leadership is a constant flow of events where success is not determined by the events you experience, but by how you choose to manage the R.
