Success is not determined by the events you experience, but by how you choose to manage the R.
The R Factor
The R Factor immediately equips leaders with the tools and skills to produce results. Using the simple but powerful framework of E + R = O (events + response = outcome), the R Factor teaches leaders how to "manage the R."

Leadership is a constant flow of events where success is not determined by the events you experience, but by how you choose to manage the R.

Find the skills and tools that will assist you and your team in developing a culture of collaboration and high expectations!

Strategies to Support Engagement and Transfer
Teach FOR the test, not to it.

Do you teach a class associated with a tested subject? Do you want to ensure students are prepared for the test without feeling like all you do is "test-prep"? Join us for a day of learning, reflecting, and planning. You will gain strategies to support content learning while developing tools to help students transfer their learning in a variety of settings.

Teach FOR the test - Strategies to Support Engagement and Transfer

Ensuring Equitable Access Through a Lens of Potential
Examine the characteristics of underrepresented populations of gifted students and the potential barriers to identification and services. Engage in courageous conversations about the current state of affairs in gifted practices and programming. Participate in hands-on training on how to utilize non-traditional methods for screening and assessment. Join a passionate cohort of educators and challenge one another to view ALL students through a "lens of potential" and increase diversity in gifted education!
Register today for "A Double Helping: Serving Dual Language Learners - an online course" beginning November 26th. Join educators who want to be immersed in the latest research and best practices to meet the needs of multi-lingual students. You will tap into a network of educators who want to construct a framework that uses evidence-based strategies for screening, response-to-intervention, assessment, and treatment of this unique population.
